THE MAP workshop 2013 happened on July 14th…we started at 7:30a and literally, were still talking and hanging at 10pm. What a perfect day. It was full of productivity, honesty, learning, vulnerability, and overcoming challenges….one of which was the weather. We had talked so much that day about what to do in certain situations: bad light, no light, rain, dark…and then just about the time we were ready to head out for one of two shoot that were happening, down came the rain.
It was honestly, perfect. We were able to put into action how we shoot portraits in less than ideal situations, with simply the light that is available to you. Our models and dear friends, Darby + Steve, totally rocked both portrait sessions and below are our favorites from the day. Our concentration was on finding the light and using it to your advantage. I am just in love with the outcome.
HUGE MONSTROUS THANKS to the below people and vendors who made this day possible:
Lastly, thank you to Maggie and Zach, Ari, and Kailey for coming and spending this day with us. We are humbled and grateful!
